Orders canceled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RA Number and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 10% restocking fee will apply. Second-Day and Next-Day shipping costs will not be credited if delivery is refused.
Once your return is received, a credit will be issued within four weeks to the credit card used for the purchase.
Integrant warrants its product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three years for the original purchaser, based on the date of purchase. If within such warranty period any such product shall be proven to be defective, such product shall be repaired or replaced, at Integrant’s option, with refurbished or new parts. This warranty does not include any labor or shipping charges incurred in replacement part installation or repair of any such product. Product repairs shall not extend this warranty. Coverage for the repaired product shall end when this limited warranty terminates. Integrant’s sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be limited to such repair and/or replacement.

The warranty shall not apply to problems arising from normal wear or failure to adhere to product instructions. In addition, the foregoing warranty shall not apply to products subjected to negligence, accident, improper operation, maintenance or storage, or products modified with unauthorized parts or attachments.
